Request a copy of your massage school transcript!

Transcript Request Processing

Each transcript is $10.

Transcript requests are processed by the Student Administrator and can take between five to ten business days.

The Student Administrator may contact you during this time, so please be sure you provide your most current contact information request form.

SEMESTER ONE & TWO GRADUATES:

If you would like a copy of both semester's transcripts, please pay $20 and indicate that you are a graduate of both semesters below.

If you would like multiple copies of both transcripts, please fill out multiple requests (i.e. 2 sets of transcripts (Sem 1 & 2) = 2 transcripts requests, a total of $40).

Transcript Request Payment

You may pay for your transcript by check, money order, by phone (512.374.9222 x13) or through PayPal. If you pick your transcript, you may also pay at that time.

The Student Administrator will use the following information to locate your student record and process the request. Please provide your full name, as it appears on your transcript.

Transcripts will be mailed only after payment is received. If you choose to pay with PayPal, you will be prompted to pay after the Transcript Request form has been completed.
