Sports Massage in San Antonio

Sports Massage is the first segment in San Antonio's Upcoming Advanced Clinical Training program.

Saturday, September 19 from 9-5 p.m., Tuesdays & Thursdays, September 22- October 1st from 6:30-10 p.m. and Friday October 2nd from 6:30-10 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday, October 3-4th from 9-5 p.m.

When providing Sports Massage, it is important that a therapist have a deep understanding of kinesiology and the role various muscles play in particular activities and sports. Lauterstein-Conway's Advanced Clinical Training segment on Sports Massage will address 

  • Overview of a sports massage session
  • Advanced circulatory massage techniques 
  • Application of advanced techniques to help sports performance
  • Overuse syndromes both for athletes and non-athletes
  • Practical application of sports massage
