TLC Massage School Application

Filling out the application is your first step to start on your journey to becoming a Massage Therapist.

We have simplified the application form and the process should only take you 10-15 minutes. We encourage you to review and select your preferred start date and class time before completing the application.

Step 1 - Complete application

Step 2 - Set up Admissions Enrollment Meeting to review application and complete enrollment paperwork - To set this up, contact the Admissions Department 512-374-9222 ext. 14 or click HERE for an online Admission's Scheduling Calendar.

Step 3 - Pay $199 Enrollment Fee - Includes Application, Student Insurance, and School Packet costs. To pay online click HERE , by phone 512-374-9222 ext. 14  or in person at your Enrollment Meeting.
