This 6 hour class will teach the Jin Shin Do technique, specific point combinations to stop pain, reduce swelling and inflammation of acute and chronic injuries. The Jin Shin Do technique is especially effective for chronic injuries that can bind muscle layers and stagnate chi and blood. Jin Shin Do “opens” energy flow through sustained pressure while blood is invigorated and pain reduced.
You will learn:
- How to find acu-points related to most common injuries.
- How the technique works.
- Acu-point combinations give quick and lasting results.
Jin Shin Do means "Way of the Compassionate Spirit" Jin Shin Do uses a finger pressure technique from Japan while combining acupuncture theory, Taoist philosophy with Western psychological principles.
Jin Shin Do Bodymind Acupressure can be easily combined with massage and stands alone as a profound healing modality. It is like doing acupuncture without needles. Jin Shin Do will broaden your scope of practice and make deep muscle work much easier.
