500-Hour Massage Therapy Training Components
Lauterstein-Conway Massage School's 500-hour massage training program covers Swedish massage, the basis of the contemporary Western approach to massage, sports massage, Deep Massage, Clinical Massage Therapy, anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, pathology, hydrotherapy, health and hygiene and business practices and ethics.
Students practice their therapeutic, communication and business skills by working on the public in a supervised context in the internship training portion of the curriculum. Internship gives students supervised practice in both basic and advanced massage modalities.
