Cranio-sacral work is a " light touch" modality that can be incorporated into your current skill set. This short form can be used as a stand-alone session or integrated into session incorporating other modalities you practice.
Using a few crainal holds during a session can be a great way to introdouce your clients to a new technique. Cranio-sacral is also useful for the first time client who may be nervous about disrobing.
- Learn 8 basic holds - at the feet, sacrum, respiratory diaphragm, thoracic outlet, occipital bone, parietals, frontal and sphenoid bones.
- Explore ways to integrate crainosacral into your current work
- Cover energetic issues that are related to different areas of the body
- Learn a short "stand-alone" cranial session
