In this day and age–where more and more people are discovering the many benefits and the necessity of exercise–people are coming to see massage therapy as equally necessary!  It helps them handle stress and sustain an active lifestyle.
Two of the most popular forms of exercise–running and cycling– each place unique demands on the body. This workshop involves more than merely demonstrating a few leg techniques. It will show you how the body adapts to the forces of running and cycling. And, you will learn what you can do as a therapist to help your clients.

In this class, we will show you:

* How running and cycling stress the human body
* Which areas develop trigger points that can hamper your client’s movements and progress
* Massage techniques which can relieve symptoms
* Ways to look at helping alleviate the root causes
* Practical methods in working with other health professionals in creating a “team” for your client
