Shiatsu II will enable you to confidently add both floor and table shiatsu into your sessions with your clients. This will complete the 48 hour course consisting of Shiatsu I and II (Shiatsu I being the prerequisite for II). In addition to the full-body routine, in Shiatsu II you will learn new ways to adapt the techniques to specific needs and problems.
The Book of Shiatsu by Paul Lundberg is required reading for this class.
Students – please wear loose comfortable clothing; yoga attire is great.
Bring a blanket and a few small pillows to amplify your comfort when working on the floor. Please note this work does promote and require flexibility and grace.
