Lauterstein-Conway’s Advanced Program in Clinical Massage and Bodywork, is one of the most unique advanced trainings in the U.S.
You will meet three of key instructors explaining how this program will take your skills to the next level
* David Lauterstein – Deep Massage, Cranio-Sacral Work, and Zero Balancing
* Cindy Anderson – Shiatsu
* Jan Hutchinson – Orthopedic Assessment and Orthopedic Massage
The Advanced Program includes Zero Balancing, Shiatsu, Psychology of Bodywork, Cranio-sacral Work,  Integrative Session Design as well as Certifications in Deep Massage and Orthopedic Massage Therapy

Instructors in the Advanced Program:

David Lauterstein, TLC School Co-Director, has been in massage and bodywork practice since 1977 and has become one of the most highly respected international educators in the massage therapy realm. He is the recipient of the American Massage Therapy Association’s Jerome Perlinski 2012 Teacher of the Year Award and the Educator of the Year Award in 2013 from the Alliance for Massage Therapy Education. David regularly teaches in England and throughout the U.S since 1982. He is the author of the books, Putting the Soul Back in the Body: A Manual of Imaginative Anatomy for Massage Therapists and The Deep Massage Book: How to Combine Structure and Energy in Bodywork. He is certified in Structural Bodywork, Zero Balancing and is the founder of Deep Massage: The Lauterstein Method. He is a faculty member of the Zero Balancing Health Association. His background prior to massage therapy was in philosophy and music composition.

Jan Hutchinson, Physical Therapist and LMT – BS, MTI, CNMT, CZB graduated in March 1969 from the University of Minnesota with distinction in Physical Therapy. Her massage therapy training was completed at The Third Coast School of Massage Therapy and licensed in November 1986. Jan has been certified in Neuromuscular Therapy from Judith Walker in 1991 and in Zero Balancing from Dr. Fritz Smith in 2001. She is an advanced Massage Therapy Instructor and teaches courses in pathology, pharmacology, advanced deep tissue, myofascial release and postural analysis. After 20 years, Jan enjoys consulting with massage therapists actively problem-solving long-standing structural/musculoskeletal problems with their clients. She has had a private practice in Northwest Austin since 1992.

Cindy Anderson, LMT, MTI has been an enthusiastic student and practitioner of massage therapy since 1989. Cindy Anderson practices Swedish massage, chair massage, shiatsu, Thai yoga massage, pregnancy massage, lomi lomi, hot stone, deep massage, sports massage, and many advanced hydrotherapies. She has been a massage therapy instructor since 1991. Her passion for giving, receiving, learning, and teaching bodywork has also led her to study reflexology, jin shin jitsu, watsu and waterdance. She is also a certified Yoga Teacher.

Gregory Gaiser, Hakomi Trainer, Matrix Leadership Consultant and Trainer. Gregory originally trained as a bodyworker at the Boulder School of Massage Therapy. From this ground, his quest for embodied spirituality was launched in 1981 when he first studied Hakomi Psychotherapy with Ron Kurtz. He has been on the Hakomi faculty since the late 1980s and taught in the U.S. and abroad for Hakomi Integrative Somatics founded by Pat Ogden. He also taught at his alma mater, BCMT, where he was chairperson of the Integrative Massage Department and co-created a course entitled “Trauma and the Body” for the graduate program. In addition to being a Hakomi Trainer, Gregory is a Senior Trainer and Consultant with Matrix Leadership Institute which is devoted to cultivating conscious collaboration and human sustainability within all kinds of groups, from families to businesses.
