Follow these important workshop registration guidelines to make sure your seat is reserved!

Online Registration
Online registration for weekend workshops ends at 12 p.m. (noon) on the Friday before the workshop. Thereafter, if space is still available, you may call the workshop line 512‐374‐9222 ext. 11 to register by phone.
Phone Registration
For 2-day workshops (Saturday and Sunday), phone registration is available until 6 p.m. the Friday before the workshop.
One-day workshops (Sunday only), phone registration will be available until 6 p.m. on the Saturday before the workshop.
Walk-in Registration
Walk-ins on the day of the workshop are welcome, but are subject to availability and are on a first come first serve basis only.
Payment Information
When you complete the registration form, you will be given several payment options.
You must pay the workshop deposit or pay for the workshop in full to reserve your seat. You will receive a confirmation email indicating your deposit has been processed and your seat is reserved.
If you have not paid in full, the email will also contain the balance due. This amount should be paid one business day prior to the start of the workshop.
