The Student Clinic is
now scheduling through May 22. $35 Student Massage Appointments are
available every day except Monday. Evening appointments are available
on Tuesday and Thursday as late as 7:30 pm and on Sunday, Wednesday and
Friday until 6 pm. On Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday we have
our first appointments at 10:30 am.
Scheduling by phone is available during our regular business
hours of 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday and during all of our
appointment hours, including Saturday and Sunday when we are open. PLEASE
leave a message and
allow us to return your call if you do not get an immediate answer
during business hours. It just means
we are with another client and will get your message at the
first opportunity.

Lauterstein-Conway Internship Clinic
$35 for a one-hour Student MassageAppointments
are available Tuesday through Sunday most weeks. On Tuesday and
Thursday evenings our last appointment is at 7:30 pm. Please see the
scheduling calendar below for our specific appointment times.
Internship massage appointments are 1-hour *Swedish massage sessions
for $35 (no tipping permitted). These appointments are with students
completing their state-mandated 50-hour supervised internship. The
interns are qualified to do pregnancy massage, but are not trained in
Deep Massage (or Deep Tissue), Sports Massage or other advanced
modalities (please see Graduate Clinic below). The clinic is happy to
schedule small groups (bridal parties, sports teams, work groups, etc.)
as our schedule permits.
*Swedish massage is geared toward relaxation and circulatory work
and is considered very safe for most people. Please check with your
physician if you are not sure you are a good candidate for massage.

Lauterstein-Conway Graduate Clinic
$50 for a one-hour Professional Massage

In addition to student massage, TLC offers massage appointments with
graduates of the Lauterstein-Conway advanced
program. These appointments are available when space allows.
The Graduate Clinic sessions are provided by professional therapists
with a minimum of 550 hours of training. These integrative sessions
reflect the therapist’s deeper familiarity with anatomy and physiology
as well as training in additional modalities including Deep Massage,
Sports Massage and Shiatsu. Clients looking for help with sports
injuries, deep tissue work, or other requests that are outside of the
expertise of our students in the Internship Clinic are encouraged to
schedule with a Graduate Therapist.
Sessions are $50 for a one-hour massage. Please note that because
these therapists are licensed practitioners, tipping is encouraged in
the Graduate Clinic.

Payment:
Can be made by cash, check*, Visa or Mastercard. A credit card
number will be required to reserve 4 or more appointments at the same
time.
*A $30 returned check fee will apply to all checks returned NSF.
Cancellation Policy:
We require 24-hour notice of change or cancellation of an
appointment. That will allow enough time for staff to find another
client for the therapist. Failure to give us less than a full day’s
notice will result in the client being charged for a missed session. It
is always acceptable to send someone in your place. Please call ahead
to confirm that we can meet that person's therapist preference if it is
different than yours.
Please call as soon as possible if you miss an appointment (or will miss an appointment) due to an emergency.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available at either the Clinic Office or the
front desk during regular business hours. Please specify whether you
would like certificates for the Internship Clinic or the Graduate
Clinic. Each certificate is good for one session in the clinic.
Location and Parking:
Our address is 4701-B Burnet Road. We are on the east side of
Burnet, just north of the Texas School for the Blind (45th and Burnet). Our
driveway is immediately north of Phoenecia Bakery's blue wall.
The parking lot has CLIENT ONLY parking designated at our front
door, along the back of the Phoenecia Bakery building. Please use this
whenever possible as the remainder of the parking is shared by
students, faculty and staff.
