Jin Shin Do means "Way of the Compassionate Spirit" Jin Shin Do uses a finger pressure technique from Japan while combining acupuncture theory and Taoist philosophy with Western psychological principles.

Jin Shin Do Bodymind Acupressure can be easily combined with massage and stands alone as a profound healing modality. It is like doing acupuncture without needles. Jin Shin Do will broaden your scope of practice and make deep muscle work much easier. Once the energy at the site of a point is moving and the energy channel meridian, is stimulated, muscles relax and qi is more easily balanced. This creates a deep relaxation response and many symptoms, neuromuscular as well as internal, can be accessed and healed.

Jin Shin Do addresses both physical and emotional tension and pain, thus it is called "Bodymind Acupressure."

Participants will learn Jin Shin Do technique, specific point combinations to resolve headaches, neck and shoulder pain and sinus congestion while increasing an overall sense of balance and well being.
