Determination of eligibility for such credit must be made by the Texas Department of State Health Services at (512) 834-6616. Applicants seeking exemption must be evaluated by TDSHS before enrolling (ideally six or more weeks before the enrollment consultation). A standard $35 special exceptions fee is applied for such applicants.  We do not give advance credit for Semester Two or Three or other graduate seminars.

• New students applying for admission to our Semester Two or Three program will be given a take-home anatomy assignment and an individualized practical evaluation prior to enrollment. The fee for this process is $35, payable at the time of evaluation.
